BSNL guys used to ask everyone for money when they were under DoT. Ever since government made it a limited company, they have changed the attitude. ( we even got a copy of a complaint that a lady sent to the "vanitha commission" about how her husband treated me and extra affairs etc et .. ) and recently, we started putting these back in to the post box here, and yea, the same guy should collect it from there right ? and he stopped this after we did it few times :D these kind of things, sometimes turn in to little blackmailing, right ?
